4. What’s your payment terms ?

Ⅰ. 100% prepayment. (Order weight less than 100kgs or total amount less than USD1000.00 ) .
Ⅱ. 50% deposit, the balance before loading。(Order weight 100kgs~200kgs) .
Ⅲ. 30% deposit, the balance against copy of B/L by T/T .
Ⅳ. 30% deposit, the balance by LC at sight .

5. How to package ?

Ⅰ. PE bag - carton box .
Ⅱ. Small box - carton box - wooden pallet.
Ⅲ. Bulk in carton or Woven bag - wooden pallet .

6. How long is the delivery time ?

We have many specifications and materials in stock .
Ⅰ. Order quantity less than 200kg, delivery within 5 days .
Ⅱ. Order quantity is 200kg~25000kgs, delivery time is 10~15 days .

7. What is the mode of transport ?

Ⅰ. By international express, such as DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS, etc. (Order quantity less than 100kg) .
Ⅱ. By air .
Ⅲ. By sea .
Ⅳ. By train (only of European line) .

8. How to guarantee the quantity ?

We have rigorous quality test system, from raw materials to finished products, the materials must be checked and signed by QC people .

9. How to solve the quality problem ?

If there is any quality problem, please raise it within 7 days after receiving the goods. We will make compensation or reissue the goods after evaluation .
